Direct Hire position $60,000.
00 to $70,000.
00 /annually Salaried (Monday through Friday from 08:
00am to 05:
00pm) Develop and implement a recruitment strategy for hourly and salaried positions.
Post open production positions, track applicants, evaluate candidates, and recommend to hiring managers.
Lead talent and development planning including assessment of talent, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
Analyze results of the annual employee survey to provide insight and recommendations.
Answer employee questions and assist with policies, benefits, FMLA, and other services.
Day-to-day employee relations including problem solving and counseling.
Own communication and execution including open enrollment, hourly merit reviews, salaried merit reviews, and performance and development.
Develop an understanding of the relevant industry including business cycles, competitors, customers, and channel partners.
HR Generalist
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or human resources.
Minimum 2-3 years in an HR Generalist or related role.
Most possess skills regarding conflict management, counseling/coaching, recruitment/interviewing, compensation, training, safety, and problem-solving.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
